The 6" 49G Butterfly Valve is utilized on potable water lines, primarily on fire sprinkler systems and extensive fire protection service, irrigation, and waterworks connection applications. Features of the 49G Butterfly Valve include grooved x grooved connections. It comes standardly furnished with supervisory switches, and is low-lead law compliant. Materials include a corrosion-resistant ductile iron main body and disc, cast iron hand wheel, bronze stem bearings, and a fusion epoxy finished coating. Features include a weatherproof actuator for indoor or outdoor installations, and a maximum working water pressure of 175 psi.
